At Leather Fashion Valley, we specialize in crafting custom-sized and custom-designed suits tailored to each client’s unique measurements. To maintain fairness and quality assurance, please review our return, exchange, and cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. No Refund Policy – Exchanges Only

• Custom-sized or custom-designed suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• However, we offer exchanges in case of size issues, following the conditions below.

2. Exchange Policy

• If the client provides incorrect measurements, they will be responsible for the cost of a new suit if a replacement is required.

• If the correct measurements were provided, but we produced the wrong size, we will remake the suit free of charge and send a replacement.

• The client must provide clear photos with measuring tape over the suit to verify any sizing concerns before an exchange is approved.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

• If a client wishes to cancel their order during production or after receiving the suit, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted before processing the refund.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before shipment. Once shipped, the above exchange policy applies.
